fresh start

my fashion resolutions of 2010:

1. wear my clothes. seems silly, but i sometimes "save" some of my clothes for the 'perfect' occasion. everyday should be a celebration.

2. dress up for school. nothing crazy, but something more than my usual school-logo tee and jean shorts. it's my everyday outfit, but i should start mixing up my accessories.

3. do something with my hair. maybe actually comb it. i look way too messy in pictures, in the not cute way.

4. fit in some of my beloved clothes that no longer fit. studying abroad in europe basically equalled: cheese and bread daily. thus, i only ate fat and carbs. no bueno.

5. clean out and organize my closet. it is time to part with those shirts that: 'i might wear one day.' but in reality, can't dismiss with my embarrassing amount of white and gray tee shirts.

as a last farewell to 2009... here are some of my favorite celebrity looks from the year:

i really agree that the "i might wear it one day" clothes should be dismissed from our closet. Could give them for someone who needs it more than we do ^^

"wear my clothes" ha, I need to do this! Last month I decided I would wear my nicer dresses on normal days. I paid good money for them so I shouldn't let them go to waste!

My guess is that #5 will be the most difficult.

I totally hear you re: the euro diet - I ate way too much cheese and bread this summer! Need to drop a few to fit everything perfectly again! Eek! Just checked your travel pics below - amazing!!! Greece is the most beautiful place on earth...and Mykonos is SO MUCH FUN!!! Love it! Can't wait to go back!

Stay fab x !

Hy! Thanks for the comment! Nice resolutions you have here! Good luck keeping them.
As for the advice with the closet space: I already live with my bf, but also with his parents and we already don't have enough closet space :)) You are right about this one..
