Copious is an online platform (kinda like etsy) where regular people like you and me can shop from other fashionable closets! I recently moved my "shop haute like wasabi" shop to Copious just because you can reach a wide audience in one place. I even managed to score my first sale. cha-ching!

Last week to kick off NYFW, Copious had a blogger event at Elk Studios and I got on the fun snapping these silly pictures with Emma (@EmmaStarks) and Greta (@gretaeagan).

the weather just started to cool down in NY and i can finally wear jeans without feeling like my face is sweating off. also, i am so awk in front of the camera. too awkward.

even though i love heels, they are not that practical walking around NY's uneven streets. this is what I wore on a mini college reunion with some friends. you can't deny the view from the soho mondrian.

i love my friends. end of story. there are always good times and stories involved. but it doesn't hurt if there is some pink sangria to liven things up. another thing i love? NY balconies.

Carry On

For those of you living under a rock... it's now summer. It's time for me to be brave and bust out my colors - even just to prove I own more than a black and gray wardrobe.

birthday suit

so, my birthday has come and gone. birthdays past the age of 21 aren't as eventful as they use to be. my birthday last year was pretty tame too. i blame it always falling within exam week. even though i am not in school, i pretty much celebrate on cinco de mayo - few days prior to my joyeux anniversaire. i can't complain to a day dedicated to tequila and sombreros. this year, i took the low-key approach and had a seaside dinner with the beau.

work work work

work has made me neglect myself. my precious shoes and clothes have been not been touched since 2010. my hair has hardly been down and feels strange out of it's normal ponytail. it's time for a change and to revamp my closet. tonight i am arming myself with a five hour energy and vowing to donate/sell everything i have not touched in a year. wish me luck.

bag tag

so terribly sorry for the lack of updates, this must be the tenth time i apologize. i have two weeks of classes left in my undergraduate career! i was "bag tagged" about 2 weeks ago, so here it is!

clockwise, starting with my bag:
- bag, speedy 30, LV: totally my go-to bag. it goes with everything.
- umbrella, longchamp: for those unexpected florida afternoon showers
- 5-hr energy: i need this to function properly
- wallet, chanel: love the lining, it's bright pink!
- beer, mich ultra: yes, i am known to carry beer in my purse at bars. i am living on a college-student budget so i try to find ways to save money.
- pen, bic: you never know when you need to jot something down
- lipgloss, benetint: it smells like roses and gives the perfect red stain
- antibacterial gel: scent is fresh linen
- wallet #2: to carry my ID and cash
- aquaphor: my lips get awfully chapped, this is a miracle worker
- planner, LV: keeps my life together

my school-work and work-work keep piling on. 9 more days till spring break. that is what i keep telling myself to get through the day.
